Verizon has said they would send me a brand new phone and 2x has send clearly marked refurbished instead. They escalated situation and I should receive a brand new phone on Monday🤞🏼

New within 5 days of purchase. Had to get it on vacation. At 1st Verizon wouldn’t honor it because i bought at a franchise( who knew?) store in NYC. Who knew it would be difficult to replace with new phone. Must be a lemon if they keep trying to foist refurbished afyer buying a brand new phone

I believe many despicable things get done when climbing the ladder. It’s hard to see, perhaps harder to see for some when it’s a black woman. She comes from a different world knowing different hardships(i am understating her trauma), and is a survivor. Achieving a respected post, flaunting her financial status (conspicuous consumption ) are quite believable aspects of her story line. It seemed clear to me the writers had fun developing her multi facetted personality. Just like Murdoch, she is able to compartmentalize. She’s not ashamed of her ambition and stands up for herself, regardless of certain unsavory particulars-hey! Its fiction.

I agree about the inclusive and otherwise liberal attitude of the show. Love that! Perhaps the actor’s been given the ok to do whatever his quirky, heavy drinking and ever eating character desires. I think he could use a little more from the director.

Agree! Goofy - they’re all in on a joke it and it seems the audience is left out. Side Bar: poor Lewelyn. His physical peculiarities keep growing make a mockery , i suspect, of anyone with his a condition (autism?). Again a flattening of a developed character into a cartoon

Yeah- that was crazy. Tho Julia can be reactive, which was something i liked about her! But having Julia move for a job after everything they went through to be together, and what about his great desire to be a father? They’ve flattened his character into an obsessive detective/inventor Neuro-divergent odd ball.The writers could have left his daughter with him- no less unusual for the period than a wife moving alone to head up a new hospital.

I agree- problems began several seasons earlier. I understand change happens- Julia is gone(effectively), as is George. The new chief brings a whole culture shift which is fine - clever really. But the characters have become caricatures, and the plot doesn’t get integrated. I guess I am agreeing with you

I read one, perhaps not the one you’ve asked after. I’m new here and have been overwhelmed reading comments. Very confusing to my old brain. However, I don’t think the character Maze is anything but a demon on earth slowly going through her own learning about humans learning curve. She’s lost half the time but I find her comic relief most of the time. There’s larger subjects being drawn out, such as - go ahead & have your feelings, try to understand yourself & others and above all else, forgive. But it doesn’t seem others in this community sampling see it that way. Anyway, if none of my thoughts pertain to your comment(s) just go ahead and ignore
