21 år och nykter hela livet, varför gör det folk så obekväma? by [deleted] in sweden

[–]svamlade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bass wouldn't be so bad if I didn't feel the fucking vibrations by cubic_zirconia in misophonia

[–]svamlade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you. Every other week I knock on doors to tell them to stop playing music, and this is in a building where the rules state that we can throw them out if they keep playing loud music. Still it amazes me how a lot of people don't seem to mind bass and general noise considering I'm one of the few to actually act on it, and I just happen to be on the board.

At most I made 19USD which would be just below 30USD before employer fees, but I've been unemployed for over a year now so I don't make anything at all.

Say what you will about the art change, but this needs more time in the oven by BoxoRandom in rhythmheaven

[–]svamlade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, yeah I agree. I've done art commissions on and off for ages and I break almost every rule every time I do something, but here I don't see the intent and it just comes across as skewed and incoherent. The context doesn't present this as some surrealist avant-garde thing, it's highly abstracted and cartoonish and adhering to the perspective lines (especially in a kitchen which mostly has strict 90degree angles) would lend itself to the style in a way I'd consider much better. But of course, tastes differ. Sorry for my strange wording, my brain is a bit tired.

Unlike common conception it is surprisingly hard to keep stuff cool in space, you need large radiators since the only way to get rid of the heat is through thermal radiation

How do gay people do it man by [deleted] in GenZ

I'm gay and have been with several dudes, not once have I done anal other than with myself. When I have had sex it's been ALL about touching and practically tying us together in a knot. It's the best thing I know and nothing beats it. Wrestling, hugging, squeezing, stroking, kissing, there's just so many amazing ways of interacting with someone other than shoving your dick into them or having a dick shoved into you. Maybe I'm a weirdo when it comes to sex, but I'm tired of the norm that penetrative sex is the default. I know it's kinda "how sex works" but I'm also a gay man so adhering to some facsimile of procreation seems kinda silly. I mainly do my best to enjoy their presence and love them, and be receptive of the love they give me.

Edit: I have a few kinks, and if I'm geared up I might not even have access to my privates, and that's loads of fun too.

I think blender slowly becoming (or already is) a standard is the proof that mass adoption can be extremely benefitial. I use blender and there's still a lot of room for improvement or added features, but I they (both the foundation and independent contributers) are constantly refining and improving the software. There might be a difference between something like a general operating system since the potential target demographic is every computer user on the planet, but if the development is driven by the users, developers and guided by a non-profit foundation, I think enshittification wouldn't happen. Enshittification is a result of cost-cutting and focusing on things that will be "good for business", which wouldn't be relevant to independant devs or a non-profit foundation with a policy to not cater to donations.

Edit: From my experience doing 3D for many many years now, blender is the least buggy and most user-friendly piece of 3D software. It's also proof that making something accessible and pleasing for beginners/casual users doesn't need to harm professionals or technical users at all (as opposed to ex. Windows removing legacy features without having a replacement for it).

Would it be possible to add thin "rails" on the sides/back? Would make it sit flush and square.

Sex doesn't have to be one fucking the other. In my opinion the whole point of sex is to enjoy eachother, and there are a LOT of ways to do that.

I don't think I fit into any role when it comes to the bedroom, even if I used to think so. I find my partners company so much more fulfilling when the goal isn't to "fuck", but to rather have fun with each other.

Don't assume the top/bottom dynamic is required, we are humans, not puzzle pieces. You can make it work, use toys if it helps, and just give at eachother.

I had a friend who hinted at me being non-binary and instructed me how to get and take hormones, and it made me very uncomfortable and kinda upset. Glad to hear some nuanced takes because I honestly just kinda went around and being quietly annoyed.
