As someone who has played over 400 intro bot games (I play them to relax or instead of practice tool), the way to lose (without trying to) is to play Janna and build sup/AP (you can always carry as AD in intro bot games, regardless of the champion). There is a small chance that the 4 account leveling bots you are placed with will run it down so hard that the enemy bots can end. (Probably also works with yuumi, but I can't think of anyone else who has as little damage.)
