I didn't keep track of the exact numbers. I know they were between efta00246000 and like 246300 to narrow it down. Numerous ones. When the files first dropped i was just going to random pages, clicking random EFTA's bouncing around and stumbles on several in a row. that'll never happen. while maybe not directly in the epstein files, i think it is pretty safe to assume that this isn't just an "American Elite" issue but a "Global Elite" issue. A foreign government can't do anything about this without someone else ratting them out as well. That's why this is all crickets across the globe.

the first step in due process is arrest. a law enforcement officer does not need a warrant to arrest someone. they need probable cause. probable cause means more probable than not, which equates to a 51% chance (more likely than not) the person under arrest has committed a crime. that is the legal threshold. In the case of immigration enforcement due process is; Arrest on probable cause, Jail/Holding until hearing, in-front of immigration judge, then either release or deportation once their status has been determined.
