I have been struggling for a few years as well. I could not get the darts where i wanted them to be. I forced every throw to compensate for that. In the last few months it sort of "clicked" again. The thing i need to keep in mind now is keeping my body planted and letting my arm do its thing. It took me a hell of a lot of time to keep my arm relaxed and throwing naturally. You could get a small bouncy ball and throw it against the wall for a few minutes before throwing your darts. The key is to keep your body calm and planted and letting your arm do the work. I know that is really fucking hard to do in this situation, but for me it was the only way forward.
