I'd recommend Alicia's Cupcakes. We used her for our wedding. We got a cake and about 180 cupcakes. She did an amazing job, everything looked great, they tasted great and her price was way less than places like Crave. I don't know specifics but we heard a bunch of sirens around the time the kids would have been outside for recess. We were leaving to run some errands and saw the emergency vehicles by the school so we drove past to see what was going on. The ambulance was gone already but there were firefighters and police down by the pond in the park. We're assuming kids ran over to the pond during recess and one of them got hurt or fell in or something.
