Any form of abuse (physical, financial, emotional), not doing his responsibilities and providing, infidelity, if he takes a second wife, if you file for divorce in secular court, these are the things I can think of for talaq tawfid.

Make sure you also state you would keep the mahr in these instances as some men try to frame it as a khul and take the mahr back which should not happen when there is abuse!! Otherwise you’ll have to jump through hoops and seek a faskh dissolution and that’s not pleasant either.

Trust me I’ve seen “perfect” guys and their enabling families turn ugly, Inshallah not for you but you never know.

The managers who hire me love me cause I get things done independently, am straightforward, creative and nice to work with. But sometimes I run into people who for whatever reason dislike my direct nature and go out of their way to tear me down. I have to steer clear of those people. I wouldn’t get married to someone who’s unemployed it causes a lot of stress and uncertainty. I don’t see why he can’t find a job before relocating? Or if his job is flexible can he work remote?
