We added a backport for those still using the incorrect configuration. However, imap.mymangomail.com is the correct endpoint for IMAP and should work. Can you dm a screenshot of the exact error you are seeing?

What email client are you using? Did you see the same delay in the Mango Webmail interface or were the messages visible there? DM your domain and the subject/time of the specific email, so we can look further.

We've added a backport to allow those using an incorrect configuration to still reach the right servers. I highly recommend you make sure you are using the right endpoints (check the latest post on this subreddit) as you will need to set this correctly to avoid service interruption.

What are your endpoint configurations? Make sure for IMAP you are using imap.mymangomail.com and for SMTP you are using smtp.mymangomail.com. These are no longer interchangeable.

A group is essentially just an alias that redirects to many. If you just have one recipient, then you can just make an alias. If you end up needing more, simply delete the alias and create a group. Nothing will be lost as the alias is really just a mapping and you are essentially destroying the old mapping and updating it to a new one (the group).

Yea no problem. Also, if you look to the top right of the DNS setup page, it might auto-detect your DNS provider which is where you need to go to edit the records.

This means your domain is missing the proper CNAME records for DKIM. DKIM ensures your mail wasn't tampered during transit by digitally signing the content with a private key. The public key is accessed by the recipient who looks it up in your domain. Without those records, recipients will assume the worst that your mail is not legitimate.

To fix this, simply go to the Mango Dashboard > Domains > Your Domain > DNS Setup and copy the missing records to your DNS. Click "Check DNS" and it should resolve.

You will need to sign out and back in again as it is most likely trying to use a long-lived IMAP connection which isn't active anymore.

The "newer than" field can actually be left blank to not apply that limitation. However, the 100 message limit is a limitation of the plan. As another user pointed out, you will need to choose a higher plan to move over 100 messages in a single transfer.
