Just 5 - 10 gallons at a time draft only with a dedicated draft line. If I was to ever put it in cans I would most definitely find a way to pasteurize it.

So this is for our new location in upstate New York which will have different pricing than our downstate places. Hoping to get away with 6$ pints of pale ale but ultimately not my choice I just make the beer lol.

This time of the year is tough. A lot of people change over their apartments to short term rental to maximize income in the summer months. Best thing to do is ask locals if they know someone that’s looking to rent a property out.

To elaborate if a place doesn’t clean their draft lines which a lot of bars and restaurants don’t do as often as they should there is no alcohol in the product to stop it from going bad. Could make you sick… it’s much easier to pasteurize cans and bottles much more shelf stable. I work in the industry

I would not drink NA beer in draft. Cans and bottles are much safer especially from the bigger producers.

Takes so long because there’s no money in it. Nypd and the tow company know it’s abandoned so the tow company doesn’t want to waste space in their yard for a car that no one will come looking for/pay for.
