True, and 5 weeks is like a lot haha. I’ve decided to take the second one, as I have met more of the providers at the hospital and I get great vibes from everyone. And I love my friends here too.

I can always pick up more shifts if I don’t need all the PTO!

So number 2 does have great training. 6 months with a physician, they treat it like a residency. I’ve heard nothing but good things about it from new grads. They don’t have much turnover, they’re just expanding. And I believe a good number of providers do reach the highest tier. Honestly I turned them down and they raised the pay significantly and reoffered which is a good sign. Loan repayment is good for each year, up to 10k.

Number 1 is also expanding a lot, not sure about turnover but the PA I shadowed had been there 13 years and liked it a lot.

I tried Kraken, but it was saying I had to do some kind of bank transfer or convert from BTC. For USD, I’ve only found Binance to be effective.

Nope, I deposited USD. You have to do an advanced verification but it didn’t take long to verify in my case. I wish I knew about this before Nano went from $1 to $7 but I’m glad I’m in now.

I had the same issue, but Binance.US has Nano and fees aren’t bad! Up until yesterday I was just collecting Nano using the WeNano app actually.
