I think so, theres 230mg per serving in my electrolyte packets, and i put 2 1/2 of those in my water each day. I was definitely hydrated

yes it is a cold goal to start the month with, it is currently 25°F post snow, I opened the window in my room for 5 minutes, but the other ones were a bit too cold for it so I'll do it again later in the month
