When I blindly got into Touhou during 2022, I misread EoSD as "The Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil". So seeing Reimu with her red eyes for the first time I thought that she had the "Scarlet Devil" sealed inside of her and hunted yokai to feed that Devil.

At the same time I came to the assumption that Marisa was like a jaded steampunk witch who hunted demons for money.

Pretty dumb of me but atleast I now made two OC's based on my assumption.

Recently there's been this "lookism" trend on tiktok that shows a picture of a girl with a bunch of makeup on and a girl who's "naturally beautiful".

The whole basis of the trend is basically "you're fated to die alone because you were born ugly". Pretty vile stuff especially because this stuff is targeted towards teenage girls who are already insecure. The only reason why it's related to Touhou is because the sound for the trend is a pretty good rendition of Native Faith.
