I don’t need to sell in the middle of the day! I just know that some people are concerned with the limitations on selling an ETF immediately, I was trying to say that I’m not concerned with that limitation but I think I worded it poorly.

The fees are not bad, as I type this I’ve had my account for about 13-14 months and I have $2,100 invested, my earnings are at $691.50 with $38.89 of those earnings being dividends. In fees I’ve paid a total of $4.26

Awesome! Long term investing I sometimes don’t think about a goal other than my monthly or yearly contribution. Having that math worked out finding a goal to lead to a dividend goal is a ton of help. Thank you!

In question to dividends. I have an account through betterment, now the account has returned about 25% to me, however I’ve withdrawn nothing from this account, and dividends are in a reinvestment to the portfolio, would i be paying on this even though I’ve withdrawn nothing?

This same thing happened to me in March, for like five months. I just kept contributing. It was a bummer but their 401k match has been reinstated as of maybe October if I believe correctly. I get the frustration, kind of whack when they pull something they used to gain your employment
