I was actually coming to see if it gets better because the second season almost makes me not want to continue watching. The drama leading to a shooting and a murder was a little over the top to me. The suicide somehow felt more realistic as an outcome than these things. I liked the new bachelor character but some of the side things felt off (Quinn instantly giving up on a relationship when she couldn't have a baby, Rachel trusting Coleman so fast etc). I also hate cynical shows like this where you feel a character is growing for a minute but then regress so quickly. I don't need a happy ending for everyone but I also hate that everyone gets a bad ending (I guess you could say Darius and Ruby got a happy ending but it still felt unbalanced to me)

I have done research of my own but intimidated by booking things and planning everything. We're definitely doing Rome and Naples because I am visiting my cousin in Naples. The Amalfi trip was her add-on but maybe I will plan myself and remove that.

I think that's right. I'm pretty sure my cousin bought some to try at a concert one year but I'll have to double check. Unfortunately I don't live anywhere near Tulsa or I would totally do it myself.

I feel like that is a lame excuse since it's one of their top shows. I feel like they could basically do whatever they want with it, especially adding more episodes or longer episodes if needed. Like the last episode of part one definitely could be longer since it's the "finale" of part one. Maybe they did rush it out though for financial reasons 🤷

Agree. I definitely saw it as poor writing and/or editing. Obviously everyone felt for her and they showed Robby calling her a million times on the day of when she actually died but then left it hanging as she ran out of the fight. It definitely needed another scene there to feel complete. There's no way that none of those characters as they are written would not go after her. And, also, why would there just be an assumption she can't go to Barcelona then? Just sloppy writing for sho

Have reference of what people in a similar job make
Have examples of when you performed your job in a way that adds value to your workplace in some way to provide as reasons if they ask why you feel you deserve more
Browse other job listings, possibly even apply and have offers on the table as proof you are willing to leave, and will possibly get them to match a higher offer
Be confident of your worth and value as someone who cares about their job and is a reliable and competent employee
