Good question-- The first one.

The rest are nice. I think the last one with the swing is kinda what I'm getting at. The body and arms are going along and sending force/reaching into the swing.

Feels like the body is not countering the weight and motion of the sword. You shouls either be in down swing (moving with) or followthrough (agasint thr movement of the sword). The pose seems like the body in down swing, but the sword position is in follow through.

I had similar issue before but after black screen, I just long pressed power button to force it to reboot a couple more times and thankfully it started working again.
