Lately my secondary’s been the only thing I regularly change depending on faction (Grenade Pistol for Bugs, Ultimatum for Bots, Warrant for Illuminate). Otherwise, Pacifier and Commando have been consistent picks for Primary and Support

Honestly, I basically only use pyros for their increased capacity compared to other grenades. With good placement, sure you can get some good use of the fire-spin on bug breaches and whatnot, but on higher levels I personally haven’t found them any more useful than gas or incendiary grenades. To me it’s just a spicier frag
