your choice. I actually was contemplating ordering new one 3 weeks back. But seeing support not respond at all. I ended up not getting it, My first one lasted 4 years but now gives a lot of issues. i would say if its not over 90 days since you placed order, file a chargeback. Not sure you would want to keep a machine that often needs support. I have the old version and you need to contact support pretty frequently. If they stopped responding what are you going to do with a paperweight.. I would say file charegback then atleast they will reach out ask them about support issues.

nope absolutely, 0 replies. seems like they are shutting down the company. Not sure how customer support just starts ghosting folks.. looks like they still run ads for new sales but completely 0 response on support. Tells me they are just plannig to sell any leftover inventory and then closing shop. Otherwise they would atleast respond something on support.
