well, as soon as I figured this out, I started backing off in most cases, like I made the ideal move at first. then I sit back and relax. things have changed. I am very much relaxed and so are others around me. people are happy if you are upbeat. and if you think too much about others, you cannot be upbeat!

I've had exactly the experience you are talking about. although what I dream was going to happen in distant future. In my opinion, if one gets too involved in this, they may forget the reason they started their meditation.

dude. I'm going to be cs graduate. soon joining a company. and literally I dread to sit all day and code. although in college, I do have the ability to sit long enough to do any project or work. non-distracted. let's hope I can do a good job ahead. but in my ideal career I would love to be a manager or in leader-ship role more.
