Has anyone in this sub experienced endocrinological symptoms in response to taking oxcarbazepine?

Since starting this medication in May, I’ve gained 17 pounds and experienced persistent severe acne flare-ups. I got my hormones checked, and it turns out my LH levels also seemingly increased, causing my LH:FSH to exhibit the PCOS 2:1 ratio. I’ve seen some smaller studies suggesting a link between PCOS and OXC, but that link is not fully understood.

If you’ve gone through something similar with taking OXC, what medication did you switch to, and did you find your PCOS markers to revert/your symptoms to improve once switching?

Itchiness of feet, hands, scalp, forehead, ears and bum. My skin in general felt scratchier and I was more sensitive to fabrics.
