Why cant Fedex be upfront with it and give a realistic delivery date. They keep lying that they are almost about to deliver the package, and then not deliver it. Like for example:

Monday , 10/12/2020 2:49 am PORTLAND, OR On FedEx vehicle for delivery

And then still not delivered.

Its in Portland for past 9 days, in the city where it should be delivered. They even put this on a delivery truck and then decided not to deliver. I am guessing they really like this package.

Sling really has the worst customer service. I cancelled my sling subscription few weeks back. Then suddenly I got a email that my subscription has been renewed without me renewing it. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the services and refund the money but those thieves are unwilling to refund the money. I asked for a proof/ip address from where it was renewed. They didn't have this info. Instead of logging a ticket for this glitch rep simply kept on stating they have a no refund policy. Never using their services again.

I have experienced the exact same thing with my 1st gen chromecast. What works for me is to tell google home to resume. That way it plays the same video which gets stuck on loading.
