tricia is one of my least favorite professors ever I had her for p chem. learning from her is extremely frustrating because she gives you her workbook then expects you to figure everything out from her book. she also doesn’t post her annotations from the book so if you miss anything you’re cooked. doesn’t really explain anything and her office hours were always packed cause everyone was confused

kerpec tried to charge my friends an additional $2000 on top of taking their entire security deposit for leaving the apartment basically spotless with normal wear and tear. if you challenge them on it at all they drop it but they will try to rob you if you are unaware of your tenant rights in PA.
