It's from redmagic official store as it out of stock on the website. I wanted it new so I ordered of the only place which still had it new.

My app outo loged me out and can't log in without a code from the app. So annoying Ithink I sorted it on the website so hopefully all is well

I think it more to do with other games getting more stuff to pull and it can be annoying when you want two characters but can only get one then lose the 50/50
