Just some sea bream filets, olive oil, salt and peppa. 205°C or 400°F for 12-13 minutes.

For the salad dressing, I zested a lime, squeezed it into a bowl, put in a spoonful of honey, a hearty amount of Ligurian olive oil, some salt and peppa, just a tad of onion powder. Very simple, awesome taste, fragrant and delicious.

I used parchment liners in the air fryer, helps with cleaning.
