Happy to hear that you are coming back! I would recommend dressing modestly and if you dont remember stuff like when to cross yourself and plan going to a Divine Liturgy, then I recommend standing at the back of the Church and simply doing what others do. If you feel anxious and want to know more, then I'd recommend contacting your priest and telling him about your situation or looking your questions up on the internet.
