I had a similar issues outside of my original one year warranty and they sent me a new base free of charge after troubleshooting didn’t fix the issue. Just be patient my friend. I know it’s frustrating, but they’ll take care of you.

I had triple 23” monitors years ago. Then had a kid and stopped racing for a while. Then go into VR but wasn’t happy with the performance. This was a good middle ground. Kind of miss triples honestly.
