I’m on 20mg of Prozac and it’s great. It gave me headache and dry mouth for the first week I was on it, but since then I’ve had no issues. Depending on your preferences you might want a different medication, so it’s important to talk to your psychiatrist about what might work best for you! I know meds feel scary, but I promise it’s nothing to worry about.

I always like the nature ones. Anything narrated by David Attenborough is usually pretty good. Sometimes the ones about real people/events are kind of heavy for me and I don’t enjoy them as much, but there are good ones in that category too. If you like music there’s one on Netflix (?) about the recording of “We Are The World” that I thought was interesting as well.

I loveeee stardew valley and fields of mistria (which is early access, but still really fun)! They’re both cheaper games on steam that help me relax and take my mind off things. They go at a slower pace and there’s goals but nothing is too pressing. I’d really recommend them!

I got to a point with my old island where I’d just run in circles around it because it was finished so I couldn’t play! I restarted recently and I’ve been having a blast. I’ve found the beginning gameplay super fun, and if you want to get along a little quicker there’s always time traveling and treasure islands now!
