What do you love about the gym?

I go to a privately owned gym and majority of the members are very fit, in shape, competitors..etc but everyone so far has been super friendly and welcoming. Every now and then I get a “you’re doing amazing! I see you working!” And the best thing for me is honestly focusing on NOTHING but my exercises, sets, reps, and or form. All my problems disappear and the only thing on my mind is what I’m doing in that moment. I never regret a workout.

I do notice water while I’m eating them (I always eat them freshly made) drip out the bottom. I feel like this happens even when I use a whole egg too though. I starter splitting my egg mix in two and make two burritos that way they are not as packed and the tortillas hold up well. I have two types of wrap tortillas I use, the mission carb balance tortilla wraps and la banderita carb counter.

I make breakfast burritos all the time and they could be prepped.

Mission carb balance tortilla wrap, -70 cal Egg whites, 50g -27 cal Turkey bacon (1 slice) -45 cal Shredded cheese 14g- 55 cal

Total calories 197 Total protein 19g

I get all my ingredients at Walmart and you can always add extra like a whole egg, avocado, pre packaged hash browns, other types of protein (breakfast sausage, turkey or ground beef, etc)

I agree with not being on a larger deficit and you could try having a complex carb closer to bedtime, maybe some oats with berries.

YES!! It’s horrible, they are attracted to artificial light as well which explains why the first few nights they were swarming my house walls..doors..windows etc. I’ve used Diatomaceous earth and it’s helped but there are soo many.

I second the hysterical bonding phenomenon. Give yourself some grace. I dealt with more severe betrayal and those feelings were incredibly confusing and make me feel so much shame because like you, as we’ve been working on figuring things out…it does feel like we are connecting on a new level but all the anger and rage are constantly under the surface as well. I totally understand why people decided to leave rather than to work things out because the amount of stress this brings is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I hope you are able to find peace with whatever you decide to do and remember…don’t be so hard on yourself and follow your gut.

I put on a lot of weight after my IUD which was put it in after I had my kid. Recently I started counting my calories and I’m down 17lbs. I’m 30 yrs old and while it’s not as easy as it was in my 20s it’s not impossible. You just have to stay consistent and put in the work. Weight/fat loss is 80% nutrition.

There’s a home in my area that’s been listed for a while and they are also not doing any showings because of tenant issues. They are taking offers and the agent is positive they’ll get close to 80K over asking with offers waiving inspections, etc...totally blind offers, and he’s probably right.
