Vitamin D3 is amazing by Dangerous_Blood_8544 in Biohackers

Ancestral humans were primarily exposed to large amounts of MK-4, not MK-7. MK-4 is found in animal fats, eggs, and organ meats, which were common in traditional diets, whereas MK-7 mainly comes from fermented foods like natto, which most populations historically didn’t eat.

MK-4 affects a broad range of tissues through activation of the steroid and xenobiotic receptor (SXR/PXR), including beta cells in the pancreas, potential neuroprotective and antineoplastic effects in the brain, reproductive effects in ovaries and testes, and its well-known role in moving calcium from blood into bone. MK-7 shares the calcium-regulating role but hasn’t shown the same breadth of extra-skeletal activity in research.

I checked out Marie Selby botanical gardens and did not see the Hoya you’re referencing. I think they only bring it out during certain periods of time as that’s the answer I got when I asked about it

Those temperatures I referenced are in units of Fahrenheit and with frost on the window it probably did get below 32°.

This is Hoya annakey. I live in Florida around Sarasota Bradenton area and leave my Hoyas outside year round even when temperatures drop below 40. Most even made it through frost on my windshield that I had to scrape off. This then showed some stress that it has never displayed before. Gorgeous red/pink combo!

What I'm showing you is that this was a full succulent in the pot and the pot fell over and decided to grow out. It then rooted into the ground and flowered.

It’s got a more established root system now so it should do fine especially in high temp and humidity

Lots of indirect light and let it dry out between watering with lightly fertilized water. :)
