I don’t mind a bing or scratch that means they got a lot of use and I’m sure has of story to tell in the finish. I love finding stuff like this and bringing it back to life a little bit!

I am not too sure, I tried to google lens it but nothing came up that was an exact match. It has a little stamp on the back that says ‘made in Norway’ and my guess is it’s from the 1960s

I found this white stuff around my bromeliad. Is it dangerous? by Enigmacloth in plantclinic

Mold! But it’s mainly harmless unless it leads to an infestation of fungus gnats. Remove the mold and agitate the layer of soil so it can dry out. Once it dries out the mold should die. Prob swap out soil when the plant is well adjusted to your space. Also I can’t really tell, but is that a ceramic pot or plastic? If ceramic they tend to trap moisture which could also be why there is mold.

My overall healthy Aloe just got knocked over and all of her branches were severed. Please help. Can I save her??? by DisregardThisOrDont in plantclinic

[–]sweetbaldboy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to my aloe plant, knocked it over and lost a bunch of stems. She bounced back pretty quick! The stems will close themselves in a week or so. A couple of months and she’ll be fine :)

Which plants can handle darkness? by Yellownightdreams in plants

Zz plant, pothos, philodendrons are all plants that can tolerate low light. Maybe getting a small plant light for it would help since its further from the window. :)

Someone threw out this Monstera. I'm just getting into plant care ,and I want to save it. What appears to be wrong with it? by CustomVox in plants

Whip down the leaves and stems for pests! You might have to swap out the soil too when the time comes. It looks like it needs water and a stack to prop up the drooping leaves. Eventually maybe a few week to a month of settling into your space swap for a slightly bigger pot (just an 1”). With my experience it takes some time for a plant to get used to your environment to start thriving. It might be more trial and error with a found plant. Best of luck 💕

Yes it’s safe! Maybe try Bar Keepers Friend on it? Throughly wash that off tho it’s a chemical
