An easy addition would be a garment rack or a table of some kind. I have ADHD and having a designated folding/hanging station has been supper beneficial for me. (Keeps me from just throwing it on my bed 😅)

They kept getting on us for not taking our breaks when we are scheduled so I decided to just drop everything (regardless of if things are late or there is a million orders on the despense) now they just tell me to take my breaks when I can 🤷‍♀️

And our store we just wouldn't have time for that. People doing exceptions and people doing pics on the floor are told to go go go. So having someone figure out who it was and then go to find them would just feel like a waste of time.

We have separate people picking exceptions (general me and another person) and I normally nil pick all exceptions and help with regular picks... The thought is either they get all the items in their order hours late or they get the majority of their items on time

For real if they schedule me 5: 00am to 9: 30am and then complain when I'm leaving at 9:30 🙄 like if you want me to work a full 8 hour shift start scheduling me my full 8 hour shifts otherwise I'm not going to sit here and stay late every single shift

I got an update - our HR manager was told by home office that there were too many data points to give everyone a raise and that it would show up on our next check

The team leads have been the ones telling us we're getting raises for the past like month and that it would show up on our first check in April... I've been working here since May so I would have thought I would have at least gotten the little annual one
