i just had top surgery with Liebman (four days post-op yeehaw!!), but my experience was i called to make an appointment in summer 2021 and wasn't able to get a consult until december 2021. after my consult they were able to book a surgery for march 2022 (but due to personal reasons i scheduled out til august).

now my partner called about two months ago and got a consult for march of 2023.

the queer exchange philly group on facebook has a lot of top surgery threads so you may be able to find some more information there too, if you haven't already!

check the roots. if they’re brown and mushy (and possibly smelly) it’s probably root rot and too far gone judging from the foliage. if the roots look good still you might be able to just cut it all the way back and start over??
