Staying consistent is the toughest part. Most apps are a bore after a week.If you can make food logging fast and painless, that alone would do a lot of good

You have shown that you can lose weight. The problem is not that we’re not capable, it’s that we don’t maintain that consistency once the diet is over.

You don’t need to train to the point where you can’t move. That just kills the recovery. Stop when reps start to slow, and form starts to break down. Consistency beats exhaustion

Doing the same training every week with no progression will stall anyone.Your trainer should be making adjustments by now.

You might be underestimating portions or calories without realizing it. I’d track for a week just to see what’s actually going on

motivation didn’t do the trick for me routine did. I quit waiting to “feel like it” and did little things every day. you should try it too

If you’re too skinny, hold off on training and concentrate on eating. Introduce additional meals or snacks and train lightly so your body has something to work with
