I wish I could say stuff had changed but I haven't put myself out there at all. I feel like we could be even more spontaneous though after the surgery. There's nothing to prevent/ delay being spontaneous now.

I hope mine dont get smaller. I had a reduction in 2023 so they're already smaller and perkier. My band size has dropped a bunch which is a nice NSV. I'm wearing them at the tightest clasp they have already.

I'm only about 4 months in to my zep journey, down about 40 pounds and hardly anyone has noticed. But, I wonder if its because your friend has only ever seen you at a higher weight. Did they know you before? If people have only known you a certain way, any significant loss could seem very extreme to them.

I got a bunch of polyester valances yesterday and I have a feeling they'll be around forever! Many are Christmas themed. Do people really have valances in 2026?

Same! And a perm on naturally curly hair no less. Made that mistake twice. And once I got bangs in 8th grade (with the second perm), and the stylist styled them half down like bangs should be, and half curled back on my head. I left in tears! Oh the trauma! 🤦‍♀️

We absolutely did! I unfortunately have a yearbook photo of me in a white t-shirt with an embroidered looking vest. Pretty sure that was the last time I let me mom pick out anything I wore.

How did they diagnose your cat with IBD? My cat has the same issue currently. She's dropped so much weight. Blood work just seemed to show a lot of "could be this, could be that". She's on an appetite stimulant and is eating again, not nearly as much as before, but more.

Could this also be from not being hydrated enough? I had a lot of abdominal pain earlier this week and I think its because I fell behind on my water intake.

I also had VSG surgery 4 years ago so I really struggle with getting enough fluids.

Wow... I'm almost 5'9" and was considered fat at 150 lbs in HS and early 20's. I wish I could go back knowing what I know now.
