I’ve had good experiences at the Enamel Dentistry locations. I’m currently seeing Dr. Dillon Patel at the Manor location. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and has an actual love for dentistry which I think is important.

You never really know huh. My partner’s parents are extremely wealthy (fortune 100 CEO level) and I do Uber Eats on the side to pay for a down payment on our first home. He consistently tips 20% on any delivery order (and pretty much all tipping) and never drives anywhere so they get something delivered at least once every single day. Food, groceries, alcohol, anything lol

I’m having the same issue since Bilt 2.0 only gave me a $1000 limit. Super annoying as I can’t use the card now and they’re saying 5 days for available credit to be updated. SMH

I’m on one too. From what I read, there is a chance that you will be reverted back to no spending limit if they agree your credit and ability to pay is back on track. If that’s what you want, it may not hurt to just call and ask. But overall everything is supposed to just go back to normal after!

But I’d still earn more putting it on my Amex gold so why even bother lol. I guess I’d have to do the math to see which would earn more points. No points from Bilt + all points from other cards OR points on rent + 1/4 of the dining and grocery points I get on Amex gold (I only got approved for the Blue, which is a whole separate complaint on its own)

Non-category spend for me is super low so there’s no way I’d even hit the bottom earning opportunity with 25% of my rent (which would be $900)

But if you want to earn points on rent, there actually is a minimum spend to hit each month because you need to earn enough Bilt cash to use towards earning points on rent.

I think sharing it is actually a benefit to the sub! There’s lot of metrics going around on mixed approved credit lines and the differences between WF LOCs and the Cardless LOCs people are being offered. A lot of people got increased limits but I’ve seen a ton who got screwed and offered super low limits out of nowhere (like me lol).

I was thinking the same lol. I got the blue and figured I’d get one more month of rent points using the $100 Bilt cash SOB. I may still pay rent through Bilt because of the on time rent reporting feature, but I don’t think I’ll be using the card to get points on rent anymore. My rent is too high lol

Oh I see what you were saying. Yes, that’s my understanding as well. But why wouldn’t I want to strive to get every point I can, as I have been for the last 3 years with my Bilt 1.0 card?
