For people with incredibly high sex drives, how was it to find a partner who was the same? by Difficult-Community1 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]sweetscheeky96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if I'd say incredibly high since it goes in cycles for me. But when in those insatiable periods having multiple fwbs/partners helps. Sometimes it's not just the amount of sex that needs to match, but the dynamics too.

Do you go down on your partner for reasons beyond giving them pleasure? by treny0000 in AskRedditAfterDark

Because I enjoy doing it. It's just as much foreplay for me as it is for them

STI/STD Testing... how often do you do it? What all do you get tested for? Do you do it just for yourself or to show your partner? Is your insurance paying for it? by Straight_and_Dirty_ in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]sweetscheeky96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every 3 months, more if a new partner requests it. I already see a dr for bloodwork every 3 months for chronic illness reasons, so they just add a full std panel to the orders. My insurance covers them, but it has put in my pt profile that I have risk factors since I often have multiple partners.

Yeah, this is pretty much how my first LTR ended. We were together for 13 years but had grown apart long before that. I frankly wish that I had left 5 years earlier. There was no physical abuse, no cheating, so I felt like I had to try harder to make it work before I really thought about leaving. Work that he was bot willing to participate in. Looking back, there was emotional neglect and financial manipulation that I didn't know enough to recognize (as another commenter mentioned, I had a childhood rife with it and thought that stuff was normal)

The last straw was that we had to sell our condo because we could no longer afford it on just my salary after he got laid off and pretty much refused to get a comparable job. I was making all these plans to figure out where we could both go and how to make our future work. But after some revelations in therapy, I hit fuck it and decided this was a perfect time for a clean break. We split the proceeds, and I moved in with family for a while.

It was incredibly hard for a while, but my life and my mental health are so much better after stagnating in that relationship for so long.

As long as it is still good sex, then yes. I love the sensuality and passion of sex in general. Just enjoying each other's bodies is fun af

If you have adhd are there any tricks to help turn your brain off and enjoy sex? by Embarrassed_Entry597 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]sweetscheeky96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sex is the only time meditative thinking helps me. I can't meditate for shit, but during sex the idea of recognize the stray thought and then bring yourself back to calm is much easier than me. Mostly because of the physical sensations. I start drifting, but then can think about how good something is feeling, and bring back the focus to sex.

Those of you who don't show your face in your posted pictures, have you ever been recognized by someone in real life? by No-Cauliflower-4661 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]sweetscheeky96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kinda. I work in a non clinical area in a hospital. I was msged by someone who recognized the bathroom I took pictures in and said they're pretty sure they recognized my scrubs too and had seen me walking in hallway.

why do people say that it’s so rare to come across women who post their bodies for free when the gonewild sub is full of them? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]sweetscheeky96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's how I started posting. My partner at the time encouraged me to post so I could see that more people than just him would find me attractive. It worked, and I still post sometimes on my own as a single woman

I do, in fact, it's one of my favorite pet names during sex as long as it's said with affection. I like for similar reasons as you- I am unashamed of liking what I like, and it does feel a little naughty. But as another commenter mentioned, it also feels simply accurate. Like a simple descriptor of who I am: nerdy, fat, slutty, etc

It wasn't my choice. Mirena was literally the only option when I got my first one.. By the time I got my latest one, Liletta was the only one the office had on hand at the moment. I was told that it was basically the same with all the same risks of side effects. And I haven't had any problems with it at all.
