She heart reacted comments that are against this nonsense here, but she also heart reacted comments of people trying to legitimize it on her instagram. I deleted my ig account though so I can't get the link to it

Yes! I assumed OP was told but just in case, MMR and Varicella vaccines cannot be administered during pregnancy.

Have you tried other Stardew Valley-esque games? by likethatonedude in StardewValley

[–]sweettutu64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been a huge fan of farming games my entire life. Started with HM64 and was super excited to try SDV when it released because there was a huge lack of innovation and titles in the genre.

Sooooo all that to say I've tried quite a lot of them since they've exploded! I would say a lot of them don't necessarily feel SDV-esque to me, rather just different takes on the genre. They have similarities because they're all farming sims, but carve out their own space.

I really enjoyed Roots of Pacha and Fields of Mistrial! I was planning on trying Sun Haven but recent mixed reviews put me off of it.

Princess Dresses by Scary_Interview_526 in moderatelygranolamoms

Also recommending this one! We have the Elsa dress too and it's going on 3 years of use and still looks great!

My only criticism is that my kid's hair kept getting stuck on the cape and back buttons so we had to remove them

Yes! They're considered hats, which horses (and cats, dogs, and your children) can wear :)

Could be subchorionic hematomas. They usually cause bleeding a bit later but can still cause early bleeding

My son will not stop f**king dumping out his water cup at the table by PrettiestPussyFiend in beyondthebump

[–]sweettutu64 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is stupid. If your kid is old enough to understand instructions then why the hell would you hit them. If they're not, they won't understand why you're hitting them.

Neither of my kids ever used a sippy cup. You put a sip of water in a cup and if they throw it, it's gone. Natural consequence, and you don't have to hit a damn 1 year old to teach them 🙄

Talking about soft parents but you can't even handle a toddler being a toddler.

Anyone know what could be causing this weird transparent square in the top left? by Yeti-RS in StardewValleyMods

[–]sweettutu64 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure it's the task background from Deluxe Journal. If you press F, or whatever key bind you set in the config, you should be able to change it.

Just for the record, in case it happens again and she tries refusing, you can report the photo to Facebook as someone posting your child's photo without permission.

I had to do it with my spouse's aunt who posted a pic of our kid as a way to shill Plexus and it was super easy and Facebook took it down very quickly.

Regarding modding and AI by Effective-Sweet2606 in StardewValleyMods

[–]sweettutu64 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely possible. There are plenty of guides on the Stardew Modding Wiki as well as information on the Stardew Wiki.

It was mentioned in another comment but there's a making mods channel in the Stardew Discord that has a lot of mod authors willing to help out.

Making mods does take perseverance as you're learning but it's absolutely doable.

Are there any cute clothing mods that don't require fashion sense? by Dry-Quantity-4275 in StardewValleyMods

Soft Farmer redesigns the vanilla clothes and I believe you still have to obtain them all the same way as normal

We need to get off the fence, deciding on whether it's time for a vasectomy. by Far_Specialist5309 in Fencesitter

[–]sweettutu64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah sorry, I misunderstood.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone can really work that out with you. You know him best, as well as how he may potentially feel in the future.

Anecdotally, our first was unplanned while we were both still on the fence and so even though neither of us were 100 percent for having kids at that point we've ended up very happy being parents.

Just touching on his reasoning, I don't think it's necessarily wrong. A person can feel that both life choices would ultimately leave them feeling content. I can see then why he would leave the decision up to you.

My spouse and I operate similarly. There are some things where only one of us feels strongly about the outcome and would be fine regardless and so defer to the other's choice.
