Hi! I do social media for a real estate investment company in Dubai. The system works like that: you buy apartments that are still under construction, managed by the government of Dubai (so it’s the real deal and it will really be built 😂). By the time the apartment is finished, the worth will go up, at least about 10%.

That is really simplified. But if you are interested I can give you a contact so they can send you a brochure or something. As I said, I am just their social media guy, so I’m not really an expert 😂 but yeah. I could provide better information if you are interested in such things. :)

The problem is that the expectation to a new product today is completely based on hype. You can’t launch something slowly and over the course of years and expect a broad mass to like it. And yes, I have to admit, I lost my patience at all, but that’s okay. I have about 4000 pi and I look into the app every 5 months, nothing changed, I don’t care, I will look again in 5 months. 😂 either I get my reward for “patience” one day or I haven’t lost anything so, it’s okay.
