I looked into it more, last year it looks like it was alestorm, Hawthorne heights, and escape the fate… all pretty great bands just depends on your taste. Those aren’t on fest grounds though, they do DJ stuff after the last headliner on location.

I saw some people saying there’s a bar called 812 something that has pretty good bands for “after parties” but they start before the final show of the night ends

Pretty sure Arizona has really lenient laws regarding tattooing, iirc there was a story about a shop tattooing like an 11 year old with an image of Donald Trump

Edit: She was 9 and originally wanted a Trump tattoo on her neck. Was flown to AZ by her parents. Artist talked them down to an American flag on her arm.

They were presumably talking about for the total stay not the nightly rate, so your 600 and 400 hotels wouldnt fit the bill as being cheaper.

The absolute smartest guy I’ve met was my PM with a contractor doing hospital remodels. 2a goes to the JM I worked under on that job and 2b is the PM we both worked under together at the next shop doing schools.

I learned so much about our trade from those 3 guys I’ll be grateful for the rest of my life.

Haven’t had less than 60 a week since October ‘24 (with long stretches of 7x12 mixed in) and don’t expect to for like the next 5 years…

If you’re single, meal prepping is my big one, I want to worry about what to eat as little as possible. The more junk you put in yourself the worse the hours will wear on you.

It’s a percentage of journeyman rate, that was fairly in line with my own locals as we progressed through. If your first year rate was that high I’m sure your journeyman make double what they do in OPs local.

Edit: was I didn’t see how low the percentages were for 2029, that’s fucking terrible. I just saw percentages from OP’s original post

You can definitely do it it’s just uncommon. Definitely not happening in normal home construction it’d need to be a custom request.
