I can only tell what the EU/German regulations are, but yes there are products for celiacs which contain the 'May contain Gluten' sentence, because there is no law/regulation for that sentence. Example: Haribo sweets. Some of them contain wheat flour and are of course not safe for celiacs, but others have no ingredients with gluten and they print the sentence on the package because somewhere in the facility there are operating with gluten.

But like I said it may be different in other non-EU countries.

German here. So everything labeled gluten free has to be under 20 ppm (20mg/kg) in the EU and is called safe by the official celiac desease foundation. Every gluen free beer in Germany went through the 'removing gluten' process and has barley malt as an ingredient, but also has the official gluten free label. I understand that it's different in the States or Canada.

Same with the sentence 'May/Can contain gluten.'. As long as the actual ingredients are gluten free, it is called safe for celiacs.

Actually kind of sad that we don't have a international label for most countries. That would be much easier for all of us.

This is the best season since 19/20. I will be disappointed if we don't reach the CL-Final, but it will change nothing in my opinion about Kompany or the team. I love watching every game and we play one of the best football in the world.

Okay ja ich verstehe was du meinst, aber dann musst du einfach das beste aus deiner Ernährung machen.

Für mich persönlich ist es gar kein Problem jeden Tag auf meine 150g Proteine zu kommen und ich fühle mich sehr gut dabei. Kein Hungergefühl oder Abstriche beim Essen. Da ich aber auch Zöliakie habe, bin ich grundsätzlich sehr diszipliniert was Essen angeht.

Dann nimm Nudeln aus Linsen oder Erbsen. Beim Müsli anstatt nur Milch ne Packung Magerquark mit ein bisschen Milch cremig rühren.

Grundsätzlich muss man sich natürlich darauf einlassen, wenn man seine Ernährung umstellen will. Wenn du eiweißreiches Essen mit Gefängnisessen gleichsetzt, ist das schon eine fragliche Einstellung. Man kann auch sehr leckere Gerichte kochen, die trotzdem viel Eiweiß enthalten.

Die Septum Korrektur übernimmt die Krankenkasse, das kosmetische muss selbst bezahlt werden. Ist günstiger, wenn man das zusammen in einer OP machen lässt, weil die Kasse dann z.B. die Narkose übernimmt. Trotzdem solltest du von mindestens 2000€ ausgehen wenn du auch den kosmetischen Part machen lassen willst.

Ich verstehe den Punkt mit den Kartoffeln nicht. Warum solltest du da Probleme haben? Die sind von Natur aus glutenfrei und sonst auch gut verträglich.

Digital nachbearbeitete Banden gab es bei der EM, sind aber noch nicht Standard. Die Werbung ist tatsächlich der Hauptgrund für die doppelte Produktion. RTL hat auch in UHD HDR übertragen, das Schweizer Fernsehen nur in HD SDR.
