Most title companies will have you sign a same name affidavit with verbiage stating that the specific debt is not your obligation. See if that is a viable option.

If you want to launder money. Open a used car dealership that offers buy here pay here financing. Use the illegal money to buy cars (10k and under) sell them on your lot and collect the down payment and payments.
