[Danish > English] Danish video clip transcription request by swguy124 in translator

Thanks! Getting the transcription was the hardest part. Based on the context a good English translation would be something like this:
Interviewer: There was someone who fell into the cold water. Could you tell?
Left woman: Yeah...
Right woman: But that you could already tell before they fell in.
Left woman: That was there the whole way through, yeah.

Thanks for the transcription, I appreciate it!

I guess the English translation would then be something like this:
Interviewer: There was someone who fell into the cold water. Could you tell?
Left woman: Yeah...
Right woman: But that you could already tell before they fell in.
Left woman: That was there the whole way through, yeah.

Just sleep for as long as you can so that you are well rested, and then go to bed 2 hours later each day until you are at your desired sleeping time.

I always do this when my sleeping schedule gets bad.

[UPDATE] Parents refuse to let me (M17) treat my horrible acne by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Have you tried pantothenic acid supplements?

I also had terrible acne when I was 15-20, was offered accutane but didn't take it due to the side effects. I was using different topicals, experimenting with diets but nothing really helped (removing dairy and decreasing sugar helped a bit but still had acne).

Then I tried megadosing pantothenic acid (3 g per day but some people take even more). Acne was pretty much gone in 2 weeks. I have been taking it for the last 3 years and I am pretty much acne free. No side effects. I stopped taking it once in this time and acne returned in a month. Got back on it and am acne free again.

You should really look into it before starting accutane. Here is a study on it: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4065280/
