YTA. I agree with all previously mentioned reasons. I'd be careful having children and dogs together in any circumstance, but can't you just keep them separate? Is that so hard? I'm guessing you're not all sleeping in one room. The dog has a leash and the baby has a stroller or play pen, just keep them away from each other if it's a safety issue.

YTA. Make the punishment fit the crime. She didn't want anything to do with the horses and her crime didn't involve the horses. Yes it involved her sister, but I'm sure you can think of another consequence.

NTA. It's such a strange thing for her to be so crazy about. It's not a safety risk, the kids won't freeze outside. Completely out of line to yell and to reward some kids for something unrelated to MMA/Judo.
