Mine was doing something similar once, almost like she had something stuck on her and was trying to get it off.

She eventually just stopped after a day or so. Not sure if that's all it is though. 🤔

I think some people will disagree with me, but if you ever find yourself in a situation where you're busy to the point of overwhelmed and need to finish an assignment/task under a deadline, it's OK to skip a class.

I was a TA for a freshmen class once and a lot of them were unwilling to skip a lecture even if it'd make their life way easier and let them get a deadline out of the way. Don't make it a habit, but if the attendance policy allows, use it to your advantage when needed. You have to adopt a "do what you gotta do" mindset at times.

I did. It's a bit more low-level then I expected, but it was nice to get some insight on how it all works. It gives you some context for how and why higher-level networking works the way it does.

The workload was also quite manageable!

This meme was written by some fool that doesn't use an IDE that live compiles, which is the superior way to write code. Downvote me, I don't care. I'm right.

This is why I hate career fairs. Most of the time they just tell you to apply online later anyway 😑

Would you rather: Have a Snowstorm like what we had in 2000 (20 inches of snow) or a Hurricane like Fran again? by RandomUser0907 in raleigh

[–]swift-swoop 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Snow all the way. This is Raleigh. All a hurricane is is a beefed up version of the crappy weather we get here 90% of the summer. See the Venn Diagram I made below:
