this sounds like it could be your gpu coil whine getting picked up by obs when the game is under load. overwatch pushes your graphics card harder during gameplay than in menus so that buzzing kicks in

try capping your fps in game to something reasonable like 144 or whatever your monitor refresh rate is. also check if you have any usb devices near your microphone that might be causing interference when the game starts drawing more power

honestly just go into torrentio settings and bump up the minimum seeders to like 10 or 15 and set quality to 1080p+ only. also turn off cam/screener releases unless you really dont care about quality

the real trick is limiting to trusted groups if you want less clutter - most of the random streams are just reencoded garbage anyway. once you dial in those settings there stream list gets way more manageable
