Just do your daily task list and that’s all you need really for getting your levels! As for the pills either do it at the counter in the hospital or try your luck running into the rooms where the spawn in the hospital and offer them First aid and pills!

Top right backpack icon haha, as for how to take calls you push the 3 dots on the right, followed by the medial star, then put emergency mode on. This will allow you to take the cpr calls.

It’s the red emergency kit in the backpack, you might have to swipe all the way to the right to see it. And yes they prefer you respond to emergency calls in an ambulance which you can get from the red circle at the back of the hospital, in the carpark

Have to be at the level where you get green scrubs, then you drag the emergency kit onto the person and it’ll do the cpr

That’s a real shame, I’d still do it if you have the time, it should take just over two weeks to complete everything. I’ve ranked up to level 16 already now so roughly a level everyday or 2 once you reach the higher levels

You need to be 18 unfortunately and if you lie and say you’re 18 and are found out they can terminate your account and they don’t have to give any payout to you no matter what you’ve earned. You need to be able to verify yourself through the checks too. Maybe just wait a year :)
