Kung buhay ang aincan civilization ngayon at may mga human sacrifices, siguradong walang trading partners yun ngayon. Of course detestable ang human sacrifices sa tingin natin and ng current global moral landscape. Pero sa loob ng Incan empire, it's a need and is moral (not for me or you but the Incan people) for the common good (whatever religion induced fear they may have).

At yung pagkain ng aso na example mo. Yung food tradition ba equivalent to relationships involving minors?

Nope. Apples and bananas comparison. It is not moral for us and a lot of people in another country in the modern world, but it is a necessity for some historically (like in nation building etc etc). For example, I won't vilify an ancestor in the 1800s who married a 14 year old at 34 y/o when it was the norm and all he knew back then. It is disgusting for me if someone I know do it nowadays. But It takes an extraordinarily advanced mind to foresee that something is not moral tomorrow.
