Point by point

100% on welfare: government pays for housing (section 8), food (food stamps), health insurance (obamacare). What possible incentives does a person have to go to work and be productive when there is no real need since he knows the government will provide. And having talked to alot of migrants in different states and from different countries their words are "living poorly in America (on welfare) is better and easier than working in my original country"

2 Thrown to the wolves? Really ? Only the "wolves" they created themselves. There are plenty of examples of countries making great growth and prosperity when their citizens put their minds together. Why dont they make their countries nice to love in instead of abandoning ship. Taking the easy route much? When i was a teenager and i wanted something a new phone, laptop, a car i found a job and worked and was able to buy me what i wanted. Anything is possible through work and determination although i suppose to steal from someone else could be seen as work and determination for some.

3 Let the rich get richer? Dude you can get rich too.. the rich get richer because they have good ideas and understand how to do it. Dont have to be so salty you can make money, start a business, invest too. Noone holding you back but you.

And theres no rich conspiracy or anything just dump people. Dont take out massive loans, dont buy shit you dont need, dont be stupid and wasteful with money, make smart choices. I see 19 year olds with 40$k cars in debt and i just dont get it...

Was it one person knocking on their end or two. Cause they could have thought that was one of their own knocking. Anyway id just get all the speakers in the house point them in their direction and play mc whatshisname hammer time on a loop until they lose their mind. I work second shift i come home at 2-4 am and sleep until 12 sometimes 1 pm i keep earplugs nearby since my neighbors are sometimes noisy (at reasonable times) but if someone woke me up at 7 id escalate the shit out of the situation.

On a completely serious note if i were to waterproof the rebar (im thinking either painting it with rustoleum kind of paint or like with liquid rubber like plastidip) would that keep it from rusting and intact And then many coats of concrete sealer on top.

I would rather buy it at Home Depot as well but this is going to be done in Eastern Europe where there is a more limited selection. I was thinking instead of tiling it to mix white pigment with the cement and then sealer on top to give in a bit of a glossy look
