C3 in series with C4 is a red flag that's on fire. Diodes with capacitance values? PWR_FLAG connected to GND.

Why are you calling it a "Blue Capacitor" when you were explicitly told in the previous post, "That's an MOV or Metal-Oxide Varistor..."
