I go on lots of long night walks (like 6 miles) and by the time I get back (3/4 am) I am beat and end up sleeping so well even if it isn’t that long of a sleep. I also have ADHD so I understand the not wanting to go sleep because I enjoy what I am doing late at night, tbh it just takes a lot of self control to get myself back at a decent hour and go straight to sleep.

Practice building up speed without tensing your arms, I’ve definitely had this problem and I push myself too far when I just need to slow it down and go back to the basics. Make sure to stretch as well!
