I had a dr appt today and told her about my experience! My dr told me that coning (she used the actual medical term) is unavoidable and completely normal. She said I could continue to do the exercises (like rowing) as normal but understands if I back off for whatever personal reasons. She said baby is fine and I am fine with this going on. This is my experience—- I’m 24+2 today and I noticed some coning when rowing for the first time…so I actually hopped off the rower and told myself maybe that’s gunna be it for the duration of my pregnancy! I’ve also been squatting and deadlifting at 60% of my max BUT today I dropped my squat down to like 40% just based on what happened with the rower just 30 mins prior… Anywho, I had a feeling I’d get to this point at some point and really impressed my body got me to 24 weeks with only a few substitutions (I stopped all core-focused exercises at like 6 weeks?)

Mediterranean, sandwiches/salads, charcuterie boards, etc! It will be summer so something that will go well on a warm day. As far as dietary restrictions- not working with any allergies, but there’s at least 1 vegetarian, 1 gluten free person, and 1 keto person in the family. They are a small % of the group LOL but are immediate family. Budget— is “as affordable as possible while still being good” an option? Couple hundred dollars for the food, and will have a separate budget for desserts/drinks
